B&B with a sea view in Propriano: the Gulf of Valinco from your room
Casa Mare e Macchia overlooks the Gulf of Valinco from the Route de la Corniche, at the entrance to Propriano. Its two B&B rooms look out to sea: Nina from above, from its large terrace, and Luna at pool level. The house stands above the town, three minutes from the harbour, and it is this height that gives the view.
Nina, the view from above
Nina occupies the top floor of the house. When you wake, you draw back the sheer curtain, and the Valinco lies below. The large picture window slides open, and the morning light falls across the pale wooden floor.
Outside, the private terrace and its outdoor lounge open onto the whole panorama: the sea in front, the maquis and the mountains behind. This is where you have your aperitif, and it is the place for the sunset.
Luna, the gulf from your bed
Luna is on the first floor, level with the infinity pool. Its large bed faces the pool and the gulf: you have your coffee in bed, facing the gulf. Even the bathroom has its mirror open to the view.

The gulf, from morning to evening
In the morning, the light comes in through Nina's picture window. During the day, you watch the gulf from Luna's sun loungers, by the pool. In the evening, the sun sinks over the Valinco, and the gulf changes colour: it is the house's favourite moment.
To watch the sun touch the water from the sand, Baracci beach faces west, and Puraja, in town, is known for its sunsets.

And the beach?
The house overlooks the gulf: it stands above the sea, and the beaches are a few minutes' drive away. The Propriano beaches are five minutes away. Mancinu is on the Route de la Corniche, the house's road. The centre and the harbour are three minutes away.
For four, the whole villa gives you both views: Nina's terrace and Luna's pool, plus the large terrace over the sea.
