The contact form collects your name, your email address, possibly your telephone number, the dates you have in mind and your message. This information is used only to reply to you and to prepare for your visit.
Bookings are processed by our management tool, Beds24, which collects the information needed for your stay and your payment. Card details never pass through us and are never stored on this site.
If you leave us your email address to receive a discount code, it is used to send you that code, and then to share the occasional news from the house. To stop receiving anything, just ask us.
Cameras film the outdoor approaches to the property, for security. They cover no private space: not the suites, not the private terraces, not the poolside areas reserved for guests. Recordings are kept for a limited time, then deleted.
Nobody, apart from the providers that allow us to operate: the booking tool, the site host, the message-sending service. None of them is allowed to use your data for its own purposes. We neither sell nor pass on your information.
European regulation gives you the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict its use, to retrieve it, and to object to its processing. Write to us and we reply within a month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the CNIL.
This site uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. It only keeps in your browser your choice of language, the fact that you have already seen our offer and, if you asked for it, your welcome code. The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-robot check, and the map on the contact page comes from OpenStreetMap. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work do not require your agreement; all others are only set once you have consented.
