Villa rental in Propriano: the whole house, from the kitchen to the pool
At the entrance to Propriano, on the Route de la Corniche, the Mare e Macchia villa is rented in its entirety, for four guests at most. The centre and the harbour are three minutes away. What is included, the conditions, the times: everything is booked direct, on this site.
What you rent
The whole house, to yourselves:
- two 30 m² suites, each with a queen bed;
- two bathrooms;
- the living room and the fitted kitchen;
- the large terrace over the sea, and the garden facing the mountains;
- the heated saltwater infinity pool, open all year.
Wi-Fi, private parking and beach towels are included. When the villa is booked, the suites are not let to other guests. The photos of each room are on the villa page, and we describe life in the villa for four on another page.
The rental conditions
Length of stay and notice.
Two nights minimum. You can book up to the day before arrival, and the online booking calendar is always up to date.
Payment.
A 30% deposit on booking, which confirms it. The 70% balance is charged three days before arrival. The tourist tax is added to the price of the stay.
Cancellation.
Free up to 5 days before arrival: your deposit is refunded in full. After that, the first night and half of the following nights remain payable. Cancellation insurance is recommended if your trip involves significant costs.
Times.
Check-in from 4pm to 11pm, letting us know your time in advance. Check-out between 7am and 10am. A later check-out is sometimes possible depending on the day's arrivals.
Housekeeping.
€50 per visit.
The house.
Four people at most, with no exceptions. Children from the age of 12, no extra beds. No pets. Non-smoking house. The outside areas are covered by CCTV, and no private space is filmed. The pool is unsupervised.

What can be added
Meals are not included: you have your own kitchen. On request or by reservation, the house adds the private chef, for lunch or dinner, a picnic basket for your days out, massages in the villa from €80, and the concierge service. The table at L'Atelier des Sens, on the ground floor, can also be booked.

Propriano at the bottom of the road
You reach the house on the Ajaccio road, then climb. The centre and the harbour are three minutes away: fishing boats beside the yachts, ferries leaving for Marseille all year round, and quaysides that come alive after dark. The town's beaches are five minutes away, and Mancinu is on the Route de la Corniche, the house's road.
